Getting Started

How do I start a course?

Go to your Dashboard or Browse Courses, choose a certification, and click "Study now." From the course page you can choose Practice mode or take the Full Simulation exam.

What's the difference between Practice mode and Exam mode?

Practice mode lets you reveal the correct answer and explanation after each question, so you can learn as you go. Exam mode hides answers until you finish and score the exam, simulating real test-day conditions. Timed exams show a countdown, and exam mode cannot be paused.

Scoring & Results

How is my score calculated?

Your score is the percentage of questions answered correctly out of the total questions in that exam. Unanswered questions count as incorrect toward your final score but are shown separately so you can see what you skipped.

What does "Pass mark" mean?

Each exam lists the minimum score (e.g., 74%) needed to be marked as "Passed" on that attempt. This mirrors the passing threshold of the real certification exam where applicable.

Can I retake an exam?

Yes. Use "Retake Simulation" for a full timed exam or "Practice" for untimed practice with answer reveals. Your best score across attempts is shown on your course card.

Can I leave an exam and pick up where I left off?

In Practice mode, yes. Use "Save & Exit", then resume the attempt from your Dashboard or My Results page. You continue from the first question you haven't answered.

In Exam mode, no. If you close the tab, leave the exam page, or lose your connection for more than about two minutes, the exam is submitted with the answers saved up to that point. Reloading the page is fine. On timed exams the clock keeps running the whole time, including while you are away.

Account & Security

How do I change my password?

Go to Profile & Settings → Change Password, enter your current and new password, and confirm.

How does Two-Factor Authentication work?

Enable it under Profile & Settings → Two-Factor Authentication. You'll scan a QR code with an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) and enter the generated code to confirm setup.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to My Profile to update your name, phone number, or country.

Courses & Content

How many certification programs are available?

Check the Browse Courses page for the current list of active programs and categories.

Do you offer domain-level performance breakdowns?

Yes. Every result page has a Domain Breakdown tab showing how you scored in each domain, next to the question-by-question review.
