• Study activity: quiz and exam attempts, scores, time spent, marked/reviewed questions, and progress per course.
• Technical data: basic log data such as browser type and access times, used for security and troubleshooting.

• To operate your account and track your exam progress and history.
• To show you performance analytics (scores, pass rates, time-per-question) within your dashboard.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as password changes or important service updates.
• To maintain platform security, including detecting suspicious login activity.

How We Protect Your Information. We use industry-standard safeguards, including password hashing and optional two-factor authentication, to protect your account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

Data Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting), under confidentiality obligations.

Your Choices. You can update your profile information at any time from My Profile. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us at hello@milestones.ps.

Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Children's Privacy. CertMate is intended for adult learners and is not directed at children under 16.
