Welcome to CertMate, an exam preparation platform operated by Milestones Training Center ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our practice exams, quizzes, and related tools, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Your Account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
2. Use of Content. All practice questions, mock exams, explanations, and course materials on CertMate are owned by Milestones Training Center or its licensors and are provided for your personal study use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish our question banks or exam content anywhere else.
3. Certification Disclaimer. CertMate is an independent study aid and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body unless explicitly stated. Practice scores and mock exam results are study tools only and do not guarantee performance on any official certification exam.
4. Acceptable Use. You agree not to attempt to bypass exam timers, share exam content publicly, use automated tools to scrape questions, or otherwise misuse the platform.
5. Subscription & Access. Course access is granted for the period shown on your course page (e.g., "Available until [date]"). We reserve the right to modify pricing, add courses, or adjust access periods with reasonable notice.
6. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability. CertMate is provided "as is." We are not liable for exam outcomes, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of CertMate after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
